What We're Looking For

• Experience leading large teams (30+) delivering cross-functional projects, building high-performing engineering teams, and mentoring leaders.
• A passion for aligning engineering initiatives with business goals, guiding teams on mission-critical projects.
• Experience collaborating across departments to drive alignment and resolve dependencies.
• Strong background as a hands-on software engineer, familiar with enterprise solutions like APIs, SDKs, SSO, multi-tenancy, and developer tools.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• A data-driven leader who focuses on continuous improvement and scaling impactful solutions.

Compensation varies by location: USA-based roles offer $255,000-$345,000 USD; Canada-based roles offer $241,000-$325,000 CAD, plus benefits, equity, and incentives.
