Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading teams and understanding sales processes and market implementation.

• Excellent understanding of budgeting, P&L management and product profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product management function for energy storage product lines.
• Gather knowledge of markets and customer trends for domestic and international markets.
• Drive the definition and implementation of new product plans and development projects.
• Promote collaboration among Product Management, Sales, Operations, PMO, and Engineering, and implement product introduction strategies with Marketing.
• Develop customer pricing strategies in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Attend industry trade shows and customer visits to gather technology trends for product strategy.
• Demonstrate thought leadership through industry events and technical papers.
