Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the CC&I energy storage industry, preferably in product management or technical roles.
• Strong understanding of energy storage applications and PV-plus-storage integration.
• Excellent communication skills for leading discussions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define regional product requirements for the North America energy storage portfolio.
• Serve as the voice of the market, gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
• Lead regional product launches and coordinate cross-functional execution.
