Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT leadership experience in EUC or workplace technology services.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise EUC strategy across markets.
• Oversee field support services and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics for endpoint technologies.
• Develop budgets for EUC services and device lifecycle investments.
• Coordinate with IT, clinical, and business stakeholders.
