Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience leading full M&A from origination through closing and integration planning.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, or related sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A lifecycle from strategy through integration.
• Own target evaluation, due diligence, modeling, and deal structure.
• Develop executive-level board presentations, financial models, and business cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to execute transactions.
