Easterseals New Jersey is seeking a Director of Employment and Day Services to provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight for supported employment, prevocational, day habilitation, and COE programs. You will ensure high-quality, person-centered services and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires building strong teams, expanding services, managing budgets, and fostering community partnerships to improve outcomes for adults with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Human Services or related field.
• Experience leading programs in supported employment, prevocational, day habilitation, or IDD services.
• Strong CARF and regulatory knowledge; budget management and team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for supported employment, prevocational, day habilitation, and COE programs.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop program growth and partnerships with employers and community partners.
• Ensure person-centered services and community integration.
• Use data to drive quality improvement and performance.
