Job summary

Braven is seeking a Director of Employer Partnerships to build and manage relationships with employers across government, law, education, nonprofit, health, media, and arts. The role reports to the Head of Employer Partnerships and leads a cross-country External Affairs effort from hybrid hubs.

You will cultivate new prospects, manage 20+ existing partners, and drive shared-value initiatives that create fellows’ opportunities, revenue, and volunteering programs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing partnerships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of 45+ partnerships and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a shared value partnership strategy across sectors.
• Cultivate new partnerships and renew existing ones.
• Engage executives across regions and provide operational support to move partnerships forward.
• Manage a portfolio of 45 partnerships and target $1M in annual revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on a coordinated approach to shared-value relationships.
