Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in employer engagement, recruiting, business development, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff or student employees is preferred.
• Ability to use CRM/ERM data to inform strategy and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive employer engagement strategy aligned with CPD goals and university priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with employers, alumni, and external partners to expand internships and employment opportunities.
• Oversee CPD's CRM/ERM systems, track relationships, and analyze data to inform outreach priorities.
• Coordinate with Career Liaisons and campus partners to generate internships, employment, and recruiting partnerships.
• Manage central recruiting programs, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
