Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a Director, Emerging Markets to lead planning, launch and stabilization of new geographic markets, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring operational readiness for scalable growth.

The role partners with Executive Leadership, HR, Finance, IT and Operations to deliver launch governance, readiness reporting and KPI tracking, while guiding an ambitious expansion agenda in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in construction, telecommunications, infrastructure, technology, operations or related industry.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, programs, market launches, or large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of new market launch activities and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive launch planning and execution with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal and Operations.
• Maintain launch governance documentation and executive updates.
