Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a Project Manager 2 to direct and supervise project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires guiding the project from inception to delivery, ensuring quality and on-time performance.

You will lead planning, resource allocation, and process improvements, while coaching staff and coordinating with management to meet client needs and company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Telecommunication/Wireless industry.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and budgets.
• Strong strategic planning and development capabilities.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and communicating with employees and clients.
• PMP or equivalent certification is required.
• MBA, JD or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, forecast, and track project deliverables and team performance.
• Delegate workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Create work plans, manage resources, set and track goals, and report progress.
• Develop recovery plans to maintain project objectives and schedules.
• Authorize project contracts and QA/QC for deliverables.
• Oversee client communications and build key client relationships.
• Coach and mentor team members for growth and success.
• Ensure gross margin aligns with budget and project scope.
