Intermedia Group Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Director of Emergency Services (RN) for a Level 1 Trauma Center. The role oversees a 40-bed ED and a 14-bed satellite ED, with relocation options available and a base salary up to $140,000.

The candidate will lead a high-impact department, build teams, mentor leaders, and drive operational excellence in a busy environment serving thousands of patients annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of manager or director level experience in an acute ER role.
• Arizona Registered Nurse License upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead an Emergency Department with a 40-bed ED and a 14-bed freestanding ED in a satellite facility.
• Prepare and adhere to department budgets; monitor productivity and cost per unit of service.
• Hire, train, supervise staff; conduct evaluations and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Engage and align physicians and staff to improve patient experience and physician relations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (e.g., JCAHO) and report quality indicators; drive improvements.
