Wage Scale: $66.04-$89.16/hr

How You'll Contribute

We're seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to lead ED operations, build strong teams, advance quality and safety, and help shape emergency care across our organization.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; BSN preferred.
• Experience: At least five years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state licensure required for clinical professionals; healthcare administration or emergency management certification preferred.
• Skills: Leadership, strategic vision, financial management, operational efficiency, and commitment to quality and patient safety.
