Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience leading highly technical software engineering, applied engineering, solution engineering, platform engineering, AI engineering, or comparable customer-facing engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI and emerging agentic technologies, including architecture, data, governance, security, IP ownership models, customer access guardrails and operational considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Embedded Engineering organization, including the operating model, team structure, engineering culture, technical standards, talent strategy, and customer engagement methodology.
• Lead a team of experienced customer-facing engineers and technical leads delivering AI-enabled Design & Make workflows.
• Own the portfolio of Embedded Engineering engagements and allocate capacity to key opportunities.
• Ensure technical quality, production readiness, customer outcomes, and reusable value; establish IP classification for engagements.
• Define success measures: platform ARR lift, agents deployed, features shipped from field input, and account NRR.
