Job summary

The Freeman Company in North Dallas, TX, seeks a Director, TFC Events & Brand Experiences to lead high-profile, executive-level events across multiple brand portfolios. This role combines agency-level production with strategic leadership to deliver flawless experiences for C-suite clients and VIP stakeholders.

You will partner with Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Sales to ensure events align with business objectives, manage budgets, develop SOPs, and mentor Events Managers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in progressive event management with 3–5 years in a director-level or senior leadership role.
• Experience with agency-focused, high-touch or elevated event programming including executive hospitality.
• Proven track record leading complex multi-brand event portfolios from strategy to execution.
• Experience building or formalizing SOPs, playbooks and operational processes.
• Strong financial acumen with direct budget ownership and ROI reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Events, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field; CMP/CMM preferred.
• Agency mindset with client-first orientation; excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-brand event portfolio across Sparks, 3D, Freeman, Studio Blue, and TFC experiences.
• Manage end-to-end planning and execution: strategy, logistics, vendors, brand storytelling, onsite, post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Sales and Communications to ensure aligned activations.
• Develop and maintain event SOPs and production standards; mentor Events Managers.
• Build cross-brand learnings and share best practices; deliver ROI-informed executive briefs.
