Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT, software development, application management, or related tech field.
• 3+ years leading and managing technical teams.
• Experience overseeing software applications, IT operations, platforms, and system implementations.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, databases, programming languages, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JavaScript, and C#.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, access management, and IT best practices.
• Strong project management, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Technology Strategy: Oversee platforms, applications, infrastructure, and IT operations.
• Drive Application Development: Own ongoing development, maintenance, and performance of educational application.
• Manage & Develop Teams: Lead, coach, and develop software developers and IT staff.
• Oversee Technology Projects: Manage roadmaps, enhancements, integrations, testing, releases.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Translate educational needs into effective technology solutions.
• Ensure Performance & Reliability: Monitor functionality, availability, usability, and scalability.
• Strengthen IT Operations: Oversee support, maintenance, vendor relations, and issue resolution.
• Champion Innovation & Security: Evaluate technologies and ensure cybersecurity and accessibility standards.
