Job summary

Charles River Associates is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Forensic Services practice in a hybrid role across major U.S. offices.

You will leverage the firm's eDiscovery technology to process, organize, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights, with frequent contact with senior leadership and project teams. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of eDiscovery experience, deep Relativity knowledge, and a proven ability to manage data productions, implement TAR and analytics, and lead project

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of eDiscovery experience in large, complex environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of eDiscovery tools and Relativity.
• Familiarity with the EDRM lifecycle (collection to close-out).
• Experience in data productions, QA, and risk management.
• Proficiency with analytical e-discovery processes and TAR/analytics.
• Certifications in eDiscovery preferred, Relativity Certified Administrator valued.
• Strong communication, coordination and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of data for litigation.
• Support engagement planning and project team execution.
• Interface with client personnel and implement discovery strategies.
• Prepare client communications and milestone reports for senior leadership.
• Plan processing specifications and search parameters for client data.
• Perform data review in Relativity using TAR and analytics.
• Prepare and deliver data productions.
• Manage risk with QC and documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in business development.
