Job summary

Hanna Andersson is seeking a Director of Ecommerce Engineering to lead the ecommerce technology organization, modernize the commerce platform, and align investments with business goals. You will drive high-performing teams across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, APIs, and cloud services, while improving reliability, security, and customer experience.

The role reports to the CTO, requires bridging cross-functional partners, and supports critical production events with a focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing software engineering organizations.
• Extensive experience delivering customer-facing ecommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern ecommerce architectures and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the ecommerce engineering roadmap.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and releases.
• Improve Agile delivery, SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and incident response.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
