Airgas, an Air Liquide company, seeks a Director of eBusiness Applications in Radnor, PA. You will lead multi-year digital and IT programs across the Americas to enhance Airgas’ CX and digital channels, driving technology strategy and vendor governance while coordinating with global teams and business leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, experience delivering large-scale eCommerce projects, and expertise in headless architectures, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years experience in Business/Operations, IT, or Program Management.
• 5+ years managing teams of internal employees and contractors.
• Experience in large-scale eCommerce/eBusiness system implementations from project inception to closure.
• Oversee modern headless/composable architectures and cloud-native infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end D&IT planning, execution, and deployment of Airgas Elevate and other eBusiness programs.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing, motivated team with career development.
• Oversee IT applications and services delivery to business units.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to document scope, timelines, goals, and deliverables.
