Qualifications

• Ph.D. in organic chemistry or related field with 10+ years in pharmaceutical process development.
• MS in Organic Chemistry or related field with 15+ years' experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of new synthetic routes for API manufacture with modern technologies.
• Provide technical leadership in scale-up and tech transfer to CRO/CMO networks.
• Collaborate across CMC teams to support clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
• Design experiments and integrate data to improve processes and quality.
