• Experience leading programs with strategic partnerships and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Office of Early College Programs including Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment.
• Develop and align goals with the College's long-range plan and oversee program operations.
• Manage resources, staffing, and partnerships with school districts and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois legislation, accreditation, and program standards.
• Present program data and advocate for resources and priorities to College leadership.
