Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Manager, Program Mgmt. E-Commerce Planning for Whole Foods Market E-Commerce in Austin, TX.

You will lead a high-visibility planning team spanning S&OP, metro optimization, and real estate, driving accurate cadence and outcomes across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons. You will partner with Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Technology to shape planning strategy, improve processes, and deliver results that enhance customer experience and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience building and managing financial models for forecasting and analysis across multiple business areas.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with large cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of planning program managers and analysts; set goals and manage performance.
• Own the integrated planning cadence across S&OP, WBR/MBR/QBR, and annual planning.
• Oversee short-term demand and capacity planning, forecast accuracy, and weekly operating rhythm.
• Direct mid-term metro optimization including network and staffing planning.
• Steward long-term real estate and capacity pipeline with Operations and Real Estate.
• Partner with Ops, Merchandising, Finance, and Tech to align on strategy and trade-offs.
• Build and improve planning processes, tools, and automation.
• Translate insights into recommendations for senior leadership and focus on customer experience and subscriptions growth.
