Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Technology, this leader owns the 12- to 24-month product roadmap, P&L KPIs and a continuous experimentation program for all Rentokil-Terminix web and e-commerce properties (22 brands, 70+ countries). The role treats every visitor journey as a revenue lever—driving aggressive conversion-rate, average order value and lead-capture targets—while spearheading the migration from legacy CMS monoliths to a composable, headless architecture. Acting as product owner, the director aligns development, UX, content, BI, field operations and vendors around one vision and removes blockers quickly to maintain sprint velocity. Success will be measured by double-digit lifts in CVR and AOV, faster deployment velocity and demonstrable ROI on new capabilities.

  • Growth: Conversion rate, AOV, revenue / visitor, lead volume (residential & commercial)

  • Efficiency: Page-speed, deployment velocity, cost / order

  • Brand: Digital NPS, customer satisfaction, search share

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Alongside business line and Sr. marketing stakeholders, develop strategic direction for Rentokil Terminix websites.

  • Improve the user experience on web properties as measured by Key Performance Indicators, such as conversion rate and overall leads/sales.

  • Develops strategic and tactical business plans that support the eCommerce and web strategy across the organization.

  • Apply UI/UX best practices across websites, landing pages, digital assets, etc. based on quantitative and qualitative insights.

  • Ensuring successful optimization of both B2B and B2C efforts – working with multiple leaders across various lines of business.

  • Works with IT and Marketing stakeholders to assess and implement technology/tools/platforms to support company growth objectives.

  • Develop learning agendas and implement training plans for team to maximize use of technology stack and software.

  • Establishing a regular cadence to strategic discussions with sales and marketing leaders.

  • Stay up to speed on latest technology and trends in the digital/web/ecommerce space, including recommendations on how they can be applied to Rentokil Terminix.

  • Budget management experience.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of web/ecommerce experience.

  • 3 – 5 years of Marketing management experience.

  • Knowledge of digital tools to communicate with, foster collaboration, and share best practices with marketing and sales professionals a plus.

  • Deep knowledge of digital optimization strategies and best practices.

  • This candidate must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate.

  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.

Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics

  • Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels with a range of internal and external stakeholders including customers, employees, trade unions, investors, analysts, regulators, government bodies and suppliers as required.

  • Strives towards making a positive impact on society and the environment across the Marketing spectrum, establishing Rentokil Terminix as a leader in this space.

  • Able to demonstrate high levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area, BA or BS;

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • 3 – 5 years of Marketing management experience.

  • Knowledge of digital tools to communicate with, foster collaboration, and share best practices with marketing professionals a plus.

  • Incumbent will be subject to:

    • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.

Base Pay Range $148,000.00 - 196,000.00 USD Annual / year.

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
