They are entrepreneurial individuals with a restless spirit and a thirst for elevation, driven by an employee-centric culture that relies upon high expectations and a commitment to continual personal growth.

With a belief that diversity and inclusiveness breed innovation and forward-thinking design, we have assembled a curious team that questions the status quo.

As the Director, Ecommerce, you’ll own Arteriors’ digital roadmap and the performance of Arteriors’ website across trade and customer journeys. You’ll lead initiatives that improve how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products, with a focus on trade lead generation and account conversion, consumer ecommerce performance, and effective agency partnerships. This role requires strategic judgment, hands‑on digital expertise, and a proactive, results‑driven approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and moving initiatives forward with limited day‑to‑day direction.

What to expect in your first 30, 60, and 90 days
30 Days
  • Take ownership of the current ecommerce roadmap, website performance, and ongoing digital initiatives, quickly identifying priorities and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate website analytics, trade and consumer conversion paths, lead generation, account activation, revenue performance, and channel efficiency to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Identify immediate opportunities to improve the customer journey, including trade account signup, trade landing pages, product reviews, mobile experience, email flows, and SMS.
  • Establish clear expectations for agency partners and direct reports, assess current performance, and identify areas where greater accountability or improved execution is needed.
  • Begin implementing quick wins that can improve the website experience, remove friction in the customer journey, or support stronger conversion.
60 Days
  • Develop and actively execute a prioritized digital roadmap with clear milestones, success metrics, owners, and timelines tied to business objectives.
  • Drive progress on high-impact trade and consumer initiatives, taking ownership of next steps, coordinating resources, and proactively removing roadblocks.
  • Establish consistent KPI reporting and use performance data to identify trends, uncover conversion gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Hold agency partners accountable for performance, deliverables, and results, proactively addressing underperformance and identifying opportunities to improve return on investment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for direct reports, providing direction, coaching, and accountability to keep initiatives moving forward.
90 Days
  • Demonstrate measurable progress on priority ecommerce initiatives, with completed improvements and active projects tied to trade lead generation, account conversion, consumer ecommerce performance, or revenue growth.
  • Use analytics, customer behavior, and testing to evaluate results, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize website performance and conversion.
  • Present executive-ready reporting that connects digital performance to business outcomes, highlights key wins and gaps, and outlines specific recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish a proactive, results-driven operating rhythm across digital initiatives, agency partnerships, and team execution, with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Align with marketing leadership on next-quarter priorities, setting ambitious but achievable goals and outlining the actions needed to deliver continued growth.
Qualifications
  • Progressive ecommerce and digital marketing experience, including ownership of a digital roadmap and measurable improvements in website performance and commercial outcomes.
  • Hands‑on expertise in ecommerce UX, site merchandising, conversion optimization, GA4, funnel analysis, testing, and KPI reporting.
  • Experience managing SEO, paid media, and email agency partners, including evaluating recommendations and holding partners accountable for performance.
  • Ability to connect trade/B2B account acquisition and customer journeys with digital performance; experience supporting both trade and consumer audiences is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership and people development, with independent judgment, clear communication, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
  • Experience with premium home furnishings, lighting, or design.
  • Competitive Salary and Compensation Package We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to ensure our employees feel valued and fairly compensated for their contributions. This includes conducting yearly salary surveys to ensure fair pay and provide yearly merit increases and bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance Our health insurance (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability) is effective the first day of the month following your hire date.
