CSL is seeking a Director, DOE Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of architecture-engineering task orders with the U.S. Department of Energy. This is a full-time position emphasizing professional adaptability, sound judgment under multiple concurrent deadlines, and strong client-facing communication.
The role does not require a professional engineering license or an engineering degree. It does require substantial, demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary design and engineering projects. A successful candidate will be comfortable directing, reviewing, and holding accountable the work of electrical, mechanical, civil, and other engineering disciplines without personally performing that engineering work. The Director, DOE Project Manager will work in close, day-to-day coordination with professionals who deliver the technical design scope. Converge Strategies, LLC, offers a competitive salary, vacation, and benefits package, including health insurance and retirement benefits (including 401(k) matching). This is a full-time, salaried position. The target annual salary range for this role is $115,000 -$130,000, with final compensation determined by experience and qualifications. Employees are eligible for an annual incentive under the CSL Annual Incentive and Merit Plan.
