Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for compliance with security clearance and site access.
• Bachelor's degree required; engineering/CM/business or related field preferred; license not required.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams or projects.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering or A&E design projects.
• Ability to review design drawings and provide technical direction without being the engineer of record.
• Experience with federal task order contracts (IDIQ, A&E design services); DoE/DoD preferred.
• PM certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-company teams.
• Technical certification/license preferred (PE, CEM) but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CSL's primary point of contact for the Department of Energy client across the task order portfolio.
• Manage schedule, budget, and technical scope across multiple concurrent task orders to reduce risk.
• Receive and review project requirements and clarify uncertainties.
• Coordinate with partners and technical leads to meet quality, schedule, budget.
• Track deliverables through the design lifecycle (e.g., 15%, 50%, 95%, 100% submittals) and coordinate submittal and RFI review.
• Manage subcontract administration, including invoicing and progress reporting.
• Plan and lead project meetings; maintain minutes and action-item tracking.
• Identify scope, schedule, budget risks early and elevate with recommended actions.
• Support project closeout with complete deliverables and documentation.
• Represent CSL professionally in all client and partner engagements.
• Travel as needed for site visits and client meetings.
