Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four-year technical degree in Business Operations Management, Industrial Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a leadership role managing facilities budgets or operations.
• Experience with CMMS systems and coordinating field service activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead regional maintenance teams and districts.
• Monitor O&M costs and develop budget and savings plans.
• Coordinate with contracts, procurement, and central services for maintenance and capital planning.
• Track performance and reporting for senior leadership on cost and efficiency.
• Ensure safety training, field walk-downs, and job plan compliance.
• Manage staffing, hires, and performance evaluations.
