Qualifications

• Leadership experience building and managing a team of six.
• Ability to analyze complex business information and develop data-driven solutions.
• Experience partnering with IT to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Experience ensuring accuracy in payroll processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the Distribution Finance Business Solutions team.
• Set strategy, priorities, and operating model for Distribution Finance needs.
• Lead analysis across commissions, debt, sales, incentives to clarify requirements.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Oversee weekly agent payroll process for timely, accurate execution.
• Partner with IT on business requirements, solution design, testing, and releases.
• Facilitate cross-functional consensus and act as a business representative.
• Establish controls for data quality and reliability.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members.
• All other duties as assigned.
