ALO is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Automation to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of automation across the distribution network. You will own the roadmap, partner with VP-level leadership, and drive projects from business case through go-live and stabilization.
The role requires hands-on execution, strong DC automation expertise, and proven ability to deliver multi-million-dollar programs in high-volume environments.
Qualificações
- 10+ years in distribution, fulfillment engineering, automation, or material handling systems.
- 5+ years leading DC automation projects and engineering teams.
- Experience taking automation projects from concept through go-live and stabilization.
Responsabilidades
- Shape multi-year automation roadmap with capacity models and ROI inputs.
- Translate roadmap into prioritized programs and resource plans.
- Evaluate emerging automation technologies and pilot where value is clear.
- Lead DC automation design from concept to detailed engineering.
- Manage end-to-end delivery including budget, schedule, and risk.
- Build and grow a team of automation engineers and project managers.
- Travel 30%-40% of the time.
