Job summary

Horizon Hobby is seeking a Manager of Distributed Brands & Supply Analytics to lead purchasing and supply planning for the Distributed Brands portfolio. The role guides the Distributed Brands Supply Planners and the Supply Information Analyst, reporting to the Manager - Global Inventory Planning & Purchasing.

It requires strong analytics leadership and proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems. The position is full-time and on-site in Champaign, IL, with standard hours and a base salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply planning, purchasing, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating supply planning or analytics professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Distributed Brands Supply Planners and Supply Information Analyst with clear priorities and development plans.
• Own operating rhythm for core supply planning KPIs, including fill rate, in-stock rate, and lead times.
• Lead S&OP and executive- level materials, translating complex information into clear narratives for leadership.
• Onboard vendors, align stakeholders, and drive improvements in onboarding and onboarding processes.
• Drive portfolio analysis, inventory strategies, and collaborations with product, commercial, and finance teams.
