Job summary

Amgen is seeking a MariTide, OSA and PIE Program Execution Lead, Senior Director to shape enterprise execution across obesity indications and related initiatives. You will integrate cross-functional activities spanning development, medical, regulatory, commercial, and operations to drive milestones and patient impact.

You will partner with senior leadership to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver decision-ready materials for governance forums.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 5+ years in biopharmaceutical commercialization or program management.
• Masters with 8+ years in biopharmaceutical commercialization or program management.
• Bachelors with 10+ years in biopharmaceutical commercialization or program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio integration across cross-functional execution of OSA and PIE initiatives.
• Shape and operationalize the integrated program plan and critical timelines.
• Drive execution excellence across functions to ensure milestones are met and decisions are data-driven.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear linkage between global objectives and operations.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and decision-making to ensure speed and coordination.
