Trinnex seeks a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead strategy, execution, and technical health for software engineering. You will guide architecture, security, and platform scalability while mentoring teams and shaping AI-enabled development.

The role emphasizes responsible adoption of emerging technologies, AI governance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product value and competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15 years of related experience, with at least 3 in leadership.
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities or public sector preferred.
• Experience with GIS, SCADA, sensor data, data integration and analytics.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled software development, MLOps and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy and delivery across software products and client projects.
• Define technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve performance and sustainability.
• Ensure cybersecurity, regulatory alignment, and governance across the portfolio.
• Develop and mentor engineering leaders and build a culture of ownership and collaboration.
• Partner with product and business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities.
