Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to own the vision and multi-year roadmap for API Gateway, MFT, and Agentic AI in a cloud-native environment. You will guide secure interactions, drive platform modernization, and align across Engineering, Security, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in product management or tech leadership, with complex platform ownership.
• Proven ability to define multi-year strategies, roadmaps, and outcomes.
• Experience delivering products serving developers, apps, and partners at scale.
• Ability to partner with Engineering, Security, and Risk on cloud, reliability, automation.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and multi-year roadmap for API Gateway, MFT, and Agentic AI.
• Anticipate customer needs, security expectations, and new integration patterns.
• Guide secure interactions across APIs, events, files, services, partners, and AI agents.
• Define needs for agent-to-agent and agent-to-system communication and governance.
• Apply AI and automation to improve onboarding, operations, anomaly detection, and insights.
• Modernize API and file-transfer experiences with discovery, traffic management, and self-service.
• Turn strategy into priorities and investments that improve adoption, reliability, speed, scalability, cost efficiency, developer and user experience, and risk reduction.
• Partner with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance to strengthen identity, data protection, access, reliability, agent governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Work across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Operations, AI/ML, Risk, Compliance, and business teams to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and accelerate outcomes.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders and partners.
• Coach product professionals and build strong product practices
