The Director of Digital Platforms is the business product leader responsible for the strategy, performance, and evolution of the shared platforms that power Ally’s mobile and online banking experiences. This role owns platform health, release governance, app store management, and shared digital capabilities, enabling reliable, scalable, and high-quality customer experiences across channels.
The Director partners closely with technology, UX, analytics, risk, and business teams to define platform priorities, drive roadmap execution, manage platform investments, and improve operational excellence. This leader is accountable for application stability, availability, resiliency, observability, release quality, and platform efficiency, while overseeing shared capabilities such as design systems, SDK lifecycle management, and reusable platform services. Success is measured through key outcomes including platform performance, app store ratings, deployment success, incident reduction, and overall customer experience quality.

Base Pay Range $125,000.00 - $190,000.00
This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
