Job description

The Digital Director leads the digital strategy, creative vision, and day-to-day digital operations

for a campaign-style initiative. This role is responsible for building a cohesive online presence,

overseeing the content calendar, engaging with audiences, and collaborating closely with

internal teams and external partners to ensure strong, consistent digital execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Own and develop the overall digital strategy and brand growth roadmap

● Direct the daily content calendar, analytics review, platform trends, and audience pacing

● Create phased digital plans tied to major campaign milestones and events

Creative Direction & Execution

● Guide the overarching creative narrative and visual identity across all social platforms

● Lead the team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and producing short-form video content

and digital assets

● Provide daily direction and feedback to content creators to drive high-impact storytelling

Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Supervise and coordinate a digital team of content creators, designers, and platform

managers

● Collaborate with leadership, field teams, and earned media teams to align messaging

and content priorities

● Support conflict resolution, crisis management, and internal communications when

Influencer Engagement & Partnerships;

● Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key digital partners

● Coordinate influencer content deliverables and manage communication pipelines

Community Engagement & Growth

● Lead community engagement efforts including commenting, reposting, amplifying posts,

and interacting with audiences

● Identify and act on viral trends, digital moments, and engagement opportunities

Crisis & Rapid Response Management

● Assist with conflict management and rapid-response content creation during

high-pressure or crisis moments

● Develop quick-turnaround digital messaging aligned with campaign goals
