Mentors less experienced associates and managers.
All Channels Digital Marketing Strategy: Drafts the digital media strategy, ensuring alignment with Walmart's marketing and overall business strategy. Connects with internal and external technology partners to drive Walmart's digital media strategy. Contributes to digital innovation by socializing new strategies and approaches to differentiate Walmart in the marketplace. Uses deep technical knowledge and business acumen to advise on product development and user experience, consulting with technical experts and contributing to product development.
All Channels Digital Campaign Implementation and Management: Manages complex digital campaigns, developing and refining campaign plans, goals, and calls to action. Integrates multichannel connection points within websites to increase value and returns. Interfaces with internal teams and external agencies, providing strategic direction and adjusting strategies based on ROI and trends.
All Channels Creative and Brief Development and Planning: Partners with internal teams to draft creative directions and key messages. Guides the execution of creative briefs, ensuring process efficiency and agility.
All Channels Process Improvement: Consults with leadership to understand future needs, providing input into process changes and preparing teams for upcoming changes.
All Channels Budget Management and Financial Performance: Oversees multiple campaign budgets, suggesting adjustments to meet operational objectives. Develops projections and forecasts, tracking digital media financials.
All Channels Collaboration: Collaborates with marketing leaders, external agencies, and key partners to ensure effective campaign development and implementation. Develops new relationships and acts as a key relationship owner.
Channel-specific Strategies (Social, Paid Search, Organic Search, Performance, Affiliates, Customer Relationship Management): Develops and guides strategies for engagement, paid and organic search, performance marketing, partnerships, and customer engagement. Provides expertise, evaluates opportunities, and manages relationships and performance metrics.
Leadership and Culture: Develops talent, fosters an inclusive environment, builds high-performing teams, and promotes integrity and ethical standards. Acts as a servant leader, supporting community outreach and associate development.
