Job summary

Origence is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the Digital Lending Platform roadmap, guiding the research and strategy stage and leading feature analysis and business scope before Agile development. You will align EPICs with product goals, collaborate with UI/UX, and drive value for credit unions.

This full-time role follows a hybrid schedule with at least 3 office days per week. The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional influence, and travel up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• B.A or B.S degree required.
• Six years’ experience in software, system and/or business analysis.
• Knowledge of financial industry and/or credit union operations.
• Success as Product Manager, Product Owner or Sr. Business Analyst developing or launching new features.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital platform’s research & strategy stage and lead the progressive elaboration process including feature analysis & business scope.
• Lead EPIC creation, acceptance criteria and portfolio architecture with the Development Architect.
• Prioritize EPICs and ensure visibility and accuracy of the roadmap; understand technical dependencies.
• Collaborate with UX designers for persona development, journey mapping and rapid prototyping.
