Job summary

The Columbus Partnership is a nonprofit organization of CEOs from Columbus' leading businesses and institutions, advancing digital equity through ConnectUS in Franklin County. The Director leads a cross-functional team, oversees PMO operations, and shapes strategy to grow affordable internet access, devices and digital skills.

Reporting to the Director, Smart Columbus, this senior role drives governance, grant management and coalition work to achieve measurable outcomes aligned with digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, nonprofit management, education or related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years of executive- or director-level nonprofit experience, preferably in digital equity or workforce development.
• 3+ years of people leadership and developing others.
• Experience managing grant funding and program management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement and leadership.
• Experience building relationships across the Columbus community and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for ConnectUS program portfolio and PMO operations.
• Lead a high-performing team responsible for program design, implementation and evaluation.
• Oversee budgets, resources, reporting and financial accountability to funders.
• Drive strategic program development, goals, metrics and scaling plans.
• Cultivate partnerships with nonprofits, education, government and funders.
