Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to own the digital workplace strategy, aligning employee needs with enterprise objectives. You will guide AI-enabled initiatives, oversee end-to-end employee-facing experiences, and collaborate with HR, engineering, and design to deliver measurable improvements in adoption and productivity.

Lead teams through transformation, establish OKRs/KPIs, and champion data-driven decision making while balancing business value and scalability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven product management and digital platform leadership in enterprise settings.
• Led AI, automation, self-service or digital workplace initiatives.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create product strategies/roadmaps and use metrics to drive outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills in complex environments.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for a consumer-grade digital workplace experience.
• Establish roadmap aligned with employee needs and enterprise objectives.
• Advise HR/tech leaders on trends, opportunities, and investments.
• Identify opportunities for responsible AI, automation, data and emerging tech.
• Oversee full lifecycle of employee-facing products from discovery to improvement.
• Translate insights into product strategies, outcomes, and success criteria.
• Partner with engineering, product, design, data, HR and business teams.
• Use research, analytics and trends to improve functionality and accessibility.
• Advance My Disney Assistant, digital onboarding/pre-boarding and unified portals.
• Eliminate friction and manual work through digital solutions.
