Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned executive to provide purpose-driven leadership and oversee the enterprise Fusion team, aligning vision, strategy, and roadmap with corporate priorities. You will design a cross-functional operating model integrating business, product, data, engineering, and operations, establish governance standards, and drive a data- and AI–enabled digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required.
• Deep experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable digital/AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide purpose-driven leadership and direct oversight of the enterprise Fusion team, driving a clear vision and roadmap.
• Design and evolve a cross-functional operating model integrating business, product, data, engineering, and operations
• Establish governance, decision rights, and performance management to enable scale
• Lead end-to-end digital transformation embedding data, AI, and digital capabilities into core processes
• Drive agile, product-based delivery across the full lifecycle from opportunity to adoption
• Translate business needs into scalable digital/AI solutions
• Ensure value realization, speed, and adoption through disciplined execution and stakeholder alignment
• Integrate AI, automation, and digital tools into end-to-end workflows
• Define how human and AI capabilities operate together within critical processes
• Drive portfolio prioritization, funding, and resource alignment across Fusion and digital initiatives
• Define and track KPIs to measure transformation progress and business value
• Lead proactive stakeholder engagement across business units
