Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks an Associate Director of Digital Communications to lead strategy and management of corporate digital channels and the website. You will serve as the primary advisor for digital channels, guiding senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

You will drive innovation, governance, content development, and performance measurement, shaping the company’s digital presence and reputation across platforms.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in corporate communications, digital communications, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of applicable experience or Master's with 8+ years.
• Advanced writing, editing and content development skills for complex scientific information.
• Expertise in social media strategy, content development, channel management and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of CMS, digital analytics and emerging technologies including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and management of corporate digital channels and website.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and execute digital communication roadmaps aligning with corporate priorities.
• Oversee social media content, calendars, and executive thought leadership.
• Monitor metrics, respond to issues, and optimize channel performance.
