Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Director of Digital Audit, Inspection & Continuous Improvement within the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (CGRC) team. You will embed compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity controls into digital and technology initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing CGRC strategies, managing audits, leading remediation, and driving continuous improvement while advising senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years supporting IT initiatives in pharma/biotech sectors.
• Experience with GMP/GxP, SOX, and cybersecurity laws.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage compliance programs.
