Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Director, Digital Audit, Inspection & Continuous Improvement to lead CGRC services for Digital lines. You will partner with senior leaders, shape a comprehensive compliance strategy, and ensure proactive controls and remediation of audit gaps across the organization.

You will manage CGRC initiatives, provide advisory support, and drive continuous process improvements in governance, risk, and compliance while coordinating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; 8+ years in pharma/biotech IT initiatives.
• Experience in a highly matrixed organization leading initiatives.
• Strong communication and ability to define problems and propose solutions.
• Experience implementing controls aligned to regulatory compliance and pharma regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a repeatable compliance strategy across Digital.
• Interact with VP-level and executive stakeholders to drive CGRC outcomes.
• Oversee audits/inspections and remediation actions for Digital lines.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance and control execution.
