Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Director of Digital Audit, Inspection & Continuous Improvement within its Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance team to embed compliance and risk management into digital and technology initiatives.

You will lead the development and execution of cybersecurity compliance strategies, manage controls to meet GMP, GxP, SOX and privacy requirements, and champion continuous process improvement while advising senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Information Security, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years supporting IT initiatives in pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GxP, SOX, and cybersecurity laws.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• lead development and execution of cybersecurity compliance strategies
• manage controls to ensure regulatory adherence (GxP, SOX, Privacy, Security)
• oversee audit and inspection processes, and champion continuous process improvement
• Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, support audit readiness, and address compliance gaps through remediation
