Collette is seeking a Director, Digital Analytics Architecture and Engineering to own the data layer and tagging architecture across websites, apps, and portals. This hybrid role sits at Collette's Pawtucket, RI headquarters and will stand up a new architecture for digital products systems.

You will align product, marketing, analytics, and operations around a shared strategy. The position builds scalable, compliant data flows, governing event schemas and data contracts while delivering reliable

Qualifications

• Experience with modern digital-analytics architectures across multiple platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for analytics.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and product management.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end digital-analytics architecture and data flows across platforms.
• Work with product management to create a product and technical roadmap.
• Document change-management decisions and proposed roadmap changes.
• Translate marketing and compliance needs into clear technical requirements.
• Turn complex requirements into quarterly projects and sequence tasks.
• Facilitate alignment among engineers, analysts, product management and marketing.
• Create comprehensive testing plans including stakeholder acceptance phases.
• Own tracking, consent, and data usage requirements across platforms.
• Coordinate with operations to identify run-state requirements and support models.
• Lead and develop a management structure for analytics engineering.
