Job summary

The Nuclear Company seeks a Director of Accounting, Deployment to own the divisional controllership for its growing deployment business. You will drive month-end close, policy, and internal controls across deployments, JV, SPV, and acquired entities, reporting to the CAO and coordinating with external auditors.

With 10+ years in accounting leadership, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and a strong U.S. GAAP background, you will lead acquisitions, system integrations, and scalable controls while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Strong technical accounting foundation under U.S. GAAP is required.
• Experience in multi-entity environments with joint ventures or acquisitions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation for Deployment entities.
• Lead acquisition accounting including opening balance sheets and purchase price allocations.
• Oversee system implementations and internal controls to support audit readiness and SOX compliance.
