RTI Health Solutions seeks a Director of Expert Insights and Delphi Methodology to lead Delphi studies and other consensus-elicitation activities across medical communications projects. You will translate stakeholder input into clear findings and actionable recommendations for clients in pharma, biotech and healthcare sectors.

The role emphasizes senior methodological leadership, project oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with flexible location and East Coast preference

Formación

• Advanced degree and at least 5 years of experience in medical communications, clinical research, epidemiology, or related field.
• Extensive, recent experience independently designing and leading Delphi studies.
• Leadership of virtual and in-person advisory boards and expert panels.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead Delphi studies from protocol to final reporting.
• Define consensus criteria and analytic approaches.
• Lead advisory boards, steering committees, and expert panels.
• Facilitate discussions with clinicians, payers, patients, and HTA experts.
• Develop study protocols, analysis plans, and data-collection tools.
• Translate stakeholder input into actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Prepare scientifically accurate reports, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
• Scope opportunities, develop proposals, and support business development.
