Job summary

RTI Health Solutions seeks a Director, Expert Insights and Delphi Methodology to lead Delphi studies and expert-elicitation projects within Medical Communications. The role involves senior methodological leadership across consensus studies, advisory boards, and qualitative research, translating stakeholder input into actionable deliverables.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and at least 5 years in medical communications or related field.
• Strong scientific writing, synthesis, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and lead Delphi studies and expert elicitation from protocol to reporting.
• Define consensus criteria, stopping rules, and analytic approaches.
• Lead advisory boards, steering committees, and expert panels (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate discussions with clinicians, payers, patients, and HTA stakeholders.
• Develop study protocols, questionnaires, and interview guides.
• Translate stakeholder input into clear conclusions, implications, and strategic narratives.
• Contribute to publication-quality reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
• Manage multidisciplinary projects including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk.
