Job summary

RTI Health Solutions in the United States seeks a Director, Expert Insights and Delphi Methodology to provide senior methodological leadership for Delphi studies and consensus development. Qualifications

• Advanced degree in medical communications, clinical research, epidemiology, or a related science.
• Extensive hands-on Delphi study leadership experience (protocols, recruitment, rounds, analysis, reporting).
• Ability to lead active Delphi projects with limited onboarding.
• Experience leading advisory boards, steering committees, or expert panels.
• Strong scientific writing and data interpretation to produce concise communications.
• Experience developing publication plans and disseminating results.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and lead modified and classic Delphi studies and other expert elicitation from protocol to final reporting.
• Define consensus criteria, stopping rules, analytical approaches, and integrate quantitative results with qualitative rationale.
• Lead advisory boards, steering committees, expert panels, and other structured expert-engagement activities.
• Facilitate discussions with clinicians, payers, patients, and health technology assessment stakeholders.
• Conduct and analyze qualitative interviews with rigorous methods.
• Advise clients on methodology tailored to audiences and study goals.
• Develop study protocols, analysis plans, guides, questionnaires, and moderator materials.
• Translate stakeholder input into clear conclusions, implications, and recommendations.
• Develop scientifically accurate, audience-appropriate reports, abstracts, posters, and client presentations.
• Identify implications of insights for medical strategy, publication planning, and market access.
• Apply standards for scientific rigor, ethics, transparency, and data integrity.
• Manage multidisciplinary projects to scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.
