Cambria is seeking a Director, Dealers and Design for the Central region. This remote role oversees residential, dealer, and A&D channels, developing territory plans, pursuing new business, and leading field teams.

You will collaborate with regional leaders to drive growth and represent Cambria at events. The role requires 5+ years of sales experience in building materials or interior design, strong CRM use, and ability to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Experience in building material sales or interior design sector.
• Proficiency with CRM and field sales tools.
• Ability to manage travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans for residential, dealer, and A&D channels.
• Lead and mentor field sales teams; coach using playbooks and tools.
• Partner with Regional VP and managers to align growth initiatives and territory plans.
• Represent Cambria at trade shows and industry events; build executive relationships.
• Travel frequently with regional teams to educate and mentor staff.
