Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent) preferred.
• 3–5 years of residential treatment or behavioral health leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Texas HHSC licensing standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and operational functions of the residential treatment facility.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans and programming.
• Supervise, mentor and support clinical and direct care staff to ensure quality service.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and external stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, staffing levels and resource allocation.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain documentation and reporting per regulatory requirements.
